Hardypond recently acquired the Notre Dame de Lordes Church in Saco.  According to the *Journal Tribune*, the plan calls for Hardypond to (1) redevelop the church to create 19 apartments, (2) raze the rectory to the left of the church creating a new building with 22 apartments, and (3) construct a new building to the right of the former church that would create 33 senior-living apartments. Hardypond is a leading General Contractor in Southeast Maine. The company is led by *Mainebiz’s Women To Watch,* Deidre Wadsworth.
